Ship-in Service

Florida Electronics Services Inc. accepts units shipped into us by any common, commercial carrier. Please read our Shipping Disclosures before sending your unit.

For fast and efficient serivce:

• We suggest that you fill out the Service Return Request form.
• A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued to you within 24 hours IF you provide us with a valid email address or fax number.
• Print the RA# that you received from us in LARGE BOLD PRINT on the outside of the box.
• For Non-Warranty Repairs, a non-refundable Diagnostic Fee payment of $80.00 is needed before you ship the product. See our payment options for more information.

Parts Pricing/Availability Request Service

Florida Electronics Services Inc. is the only authorized service center of original manufacturer's parts for Genelec and Drawmer.

We also provide parts and sub assemblies from any Manufacturer or Distributor that has a valid Service Center contract with Florida Electronics.

We do have the ability to source many older and out of catalog parts, tubes, cables, accessories, upgrades and modifications.

We can best provide you with cost and delivery information if you provide us with as much information as possible. Please take some time to enter the information as accurately as possible.

Please double-check all manufacturer's names, product model numbers, descriptions, and part(s) number(s). If you do not know the part(s) number(s) for the item(s) you require, please make your description as complete and detailed as possible.
