Non-warranty jobs

• A non-refundable pre-paid Diagnostic Fee of $80.00 is required for each non-warranty repair. The full amount of this Diagnostic Fee may be applied to the actual repair cost.
• If the repair cost is equivalent to our prepaid Diagnostic Fee of $80.00, we will proceed with the repair without consulting the customer for authorization.
• If the estimated cost of repair exceeds the Diagnostic Fee, we will advise the customer of the estimated cost of the repair before proceeding with the repair.
• The customer is responsible for all in-bound and out-bound shipping costs of any products that are sent to Florida Electronics for diagnosis and repair.
• For our Ship-in customers, an Advance Authorization is an option to speed up repair jobs. Check our Policies for more information on Advance Authorization.
