Our Warranty

Every product repaired by Florida Electronics Services Inc. is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the day it is shipped to the customer. This guarantee covers all labor and manufacturer's original replacement parts installed by FESI.

This warranty does not cover abuse, parts that were not replaced by FESI, and shipping damages or costs.

Advance Authorization and Estimate (for Ship-In Service)

To better serve and assist you in expediting your repair, we suggest that you give us an approval of this amount on the Ship-In Service form.

An Advance Authorization amount is based on our past experiences of repairing many different products. It is an estimate of the cost of repairing the customer's product based on the customer's description of the problem. It is calculated from our previous experience of the actual parts and typical labor time in repairing the described problems for the same or similar products.

If we have an Advance Authorization from the customer, we can proceed with the repair without returning the product to the shelf and waiting for the customer to respond to our estimate after the diagnosis. This often speeds up the repair process by a week or more.

If for some reason the product has problems other than those described by the customer and the potential cost of repairing the product exceeds the amount of the Advance Authorization by more than 10%, we will advise the customer immediately.

In the event the customer cannot, or does not wish to give us an Advance Authorization, we will contact the customer after the initial diagnostic process and provide the customer with a verbal estimate. If the customer requests a written estimate, we will provide the estimate via fax or email.
