Shipping to Florida Electronics

Please be aware that many times, units sent to Florida Electronics are physically damaged during shipment. This is almost always due to the use of inadequate shipping cartons and lack of adequate packing material inside the shipping carton.

• Ship units in the original factory packaging if at all possible.
• If unable to do so, cover the unit in a plastic bag and seal if possible to prevent any packaging material from entering the unit.
• Make certain that the unit is well padded with adequate packing material on all six sides of the unit
• If you are in doubt about the shipping carton and packing, we suggest that you take the unit to a commercial packing service - Mail Boxes Etc. is an example of such a service.

Return Shipping from Florida Electronics

• If at all possible, Florida Electronics will return the unit in the same carton in which it arrived.
• If the incoming shipping carton is no longer usable, Florida Electronics will contact you regarding the requirements of new packaging.
• In most cases there will be a nominal charge for new packing material.
