FAQ

Our most frequently asked questions answered!

  1. What is the diagnostic fee?

This fee is payable upon presenting the unit at our center or before shipping it to us. The fee includes the examination and diagnosis of the unit. It will be deducted from the final repair charge. However, if the repair estimate is not accepted, the fee will not be refunded.

2. How long do repairs take?

For MANUFACTURER WARRANTY repairs, the repair process typically takes 10-14 working days from the time we receive the unit, assuming the necessary parts are readily available from the manufacturer.

For NON-WARRANTY repairs, the repair process typically takes 10-14 working days after the approval of the Estimate, provided that the required parts are readily available from the manufacturer. In the event that the parts are not readily available, we will keep you informed and provide updates as we receive information on the delivery of the parts from the manufacturer.

3. How do I know if my product is eligible for warranty?

For MANUFACTURER WARRANTY repairs, coverage will be provided if a valid bill of sale from the purchaser is presented. The determination of Warranty status will be established by us upon receipt of the unit at our center or upon submission of this document before shipping.

For SHOP WARRANTY, units are warranted by Florida Electronic Services Limited for a period of ninety (90) days. This warranty covers both labour and parts used for the actual repair work performed.
